SYRINGE SLEEVE INSPECTION MACHINE
The sleeve vision inspection machine encompasses two 6 axis robots and an intelligent camera system to detect scuffs, scratches and moulding shorts on medical syringes. Located in clean room environment, the machine adheres to strict cleanliness regulations. Syringes are handled using flat belt conveyors, bespoke nesting and a precision machined rotary table housed in a light tight enclosure.

ELECTRONIC COMPONENT SYSTEM - LASER WELDING
Machine to laser weld components onto a copper base within a moulded surround. Features an intelligent vision system for very high precision pin location. IVS finally tests the component before ultrasonically marking and unloading to the appropriate area.

BEARING ASSEMBLY SYSTEM
A conveyor/pallet based system is used for the assembly of a single race bearing for the auto industry. Features an intelligent camera system for checks, and torque and weighing test systems.

CMH TEST SYSTEM 2
This system was designed to age and test a range CMH lamps & record the results. The machine will cope with two types of lamp at four different wattages.

CAR HEADLINER ASSEMBLY LINE
A series of Cells are utilised to build a Car Headliner Assembly. The main cell automatically fits and glues 2 wiring harnesses to the headliner utilising robotics and hot melt systems. The grab handles, centre console and other ancillaries are fitted and automatically checked utilising the latest state of the art vision systems. 4 other cells complete the production unit.
